EU’s whistleblowing-direktiv, officielt kendt som direktiv (EU) 2019\/1937, er en lovgivningsm\u00e6ssig foranstaltning vedtaget af Den Europ\u00e6iske Union for at forbedre beskyttelsen af \u200b\u200bwhistleblowere p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af medlemslande. Direktivet fasts\u00e6tter minimumsstandarder for beskyttelse af personer, der rapporterer brud p\u00e5 EU-lovgivningen i forskellige sektorer, herunder offentlige indk\u00f8b, finansielle tjenesteydelser, produktsikkerhed, milj\u00f8beskyttelse og folkesundhed. Det kr\u00e6ver, at medlemslandene etablerer omfattende whistleblowingmekanismer og sikkerhedsforanstaltninger for at sikre, at whistleblowere sikkert kan rapportere bekymringer og beskyttes mod geng\u00e6ldelse. Direktivet p\u00e5l\u00e6gger ogs\u00e5 fortrolighed, anonymitet og s\u00f8rger for effektive rapporteringskanaler, ordentlig opf\u00f8lgning og adgang til effektive retsmidler for whistleblowere. Dens m\u00e5l er at fremme gennemsigtighed, ansvarlighed og integritet i organisationer og samtidig fremme en kultur af tillid og beskyttelse for enkeltpersoner, der taler om forseelser. Medlemsstaterne er forpligtet til at gennemf\u00f8re direktivet i deres nationale lovgivning inden december 2021.<\/p>\n
